Return Process

  Log in to your JOURNEY account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the electronic device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
